Each of our pieces is a handmade work of art, made to order specifically for you. Because of the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every piece, production times can vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.
Most orders are completed and shipped within 1–2 weeks, but some orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the piece and the number of orders we are currently working on.
We do our best to keep the most up-to-date estimated production time listed in the “Production Time” section on each product page.
Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your handmade piece on its journey to you.
