30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

All eligible returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee.
This fee helps cover the time, labor, and material costs involved in producing each piece. Every ring is individually handcrafted to order and cannot simply be restocked like mass-produced items. This policy is consistent with standard practices among handmade and custom ring makers.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees, duties, or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Approved returns will have a $30 restocking fee deducted

Please carefully verify your ring size before placing your order.

  • Confirm whether your sizing was measured as standard fit or comfort fit, and ensure it matches the product listing

Free Ring Sizer

If you are unsure of your ring size, we strongly recommend using our ring sizer before placing your order.

  • The cost of the ring sizer will be credited toward your ring purchase, so you are not paying extra to ensure the correct fit
  • Using a ring sizer helps avoid delays, remakes, and additional fees
  • International orders may have a higher cost to ship the sizer. Shipping fees for these orders will not be deducted from the ring purchase.

Because each ring is made to order and requires significant time and craftsmanship:

  • Orders placed without confirming size or requesting a sizer may be subject to a resizing/replacement fee if an exchange is needed

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@copperbeardjewelry.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(Items confirmed to be defective or incorrect are not subject to restocking fees.)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders)
  • Engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

Engraved Items

Engraved items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check:

  • Spelling
  • Font selection
  • Engraving details

before placing your order.

If there is an issue with your engraved item, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must first return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Ring Size Exchanges

If you need a different ring size, we offer a dedicated resizing and exchange service.

This service is required for all ring size changes and may include additional fees depending on the specific adjustment needed.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • A $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

The $30 restocking fee is necessary due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Each ring is individually made and involves significant time, effort, and material cost. This policy reflects industry-standard practices among independent and handmade jewelry makers.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
